MEDFORD, Ore.- Providence Medford is discontinuing two programs, attributing the cuts to reduced reimbursements in Medicare and Medicaid as well as higher costs nationwide. The medical center is discontinuing its ED Phlebotomist Program and Mobility Tech and Turn Team.
