Description
More seismic activity off the South Oregon Coast, Friday, Aug. 8. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 2.9-magnitude quake was recorded west to southwest of Port Orford in Curry Co. near the inner fault line of the two that run parallel with the Oregon Coast. There was also a 4.1-magnitude at the northern end of the fault lines, south to southwest of Hydaburg, Alaska. On Saturday, Aug. 8, a 3.4-magnitude quake was recorded at the Southern End of the fault lines, north to northwest of Covelo, CA.
