A couple of earthquakes were recorded at the southern end of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast, Monday, July 14. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 2.6-magnitude quake was located west of Petrolia, CA and a 2.8-magnitude in the same area, both near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
