Regardless of one’s views on the impacts of trickle-down economics, I hope we would all agree that regular Oregonians should not be made to suffer so that wealthy people like Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg can pay even less in taxes. But apparently that’s not the case, because Rep. Cliff Bentz voted for a budget bill that does exactly that, (“Oregon Rep. Cliff Bentz insists Republicans ‘not cutting’ Medicaid, SNAP,” May 25).
