I am a licensed clinical social worker serving CareOregon children, youth and families. I am writing to express deep concern over recent CareOregon service reductions and the disruption they will cause – limiting access to essential mental health services for vulnerable clients, (“Thousands must find new mental health providers as CareOregon restricts out-of-network care,” Aug. 11).
