In a recent speech at a rally at Portland State University, District 4 City Councilor Mitch Green threatened to oppose city financial support for the PSU performing arts center project unless the university dismisses student conduct cases that stemmed from the occupation of the university library, (“Portland city councilor threatens PSU project funding over response to pro-Palestinian library takeover,” April 25).
