I appreciated all the useful information Aimee Green provided in her article on tax filing seasons, (“IRS tax filing season begins today. Expect confusion. Here’s what to know,” Jan. 26). One item not included, which would be helpful to many of us who do our own returns, involves where to obtain the booklets, instructions and forms. I recently learned the Internal Revenue Service is not a good source of these if one wants to follow the suggestion of filing early.
