Portland’s only major north-south arterial between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Interstate 205 is 82nd Avenue. I’m not including Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard in this comparison, because it doesn’t stretch the same distance as 82nd Avenue and because it is relatively close to MLK Boulevard.
