Thank you for Chiara Profenna’s article, which accurately portrayed the solemnity of the faith vigil outside the U.S. Immigration and Customers Enforcement facility in Portland and the heartfelt concerns of protestors, (“Portland faith leaders hold Blue Christmas vigil outside ICE facility,” Dec. 2). I was one of them.
