Kudos again to the Sunshine Division, founded over a century ago by Portland uniformed and reserve officers. My wife and I again participated by delivering Thanksgiving food packages on Nov. 22. Last year we did so in the neighborhood around Southeast 162nd Avenue. This year we delivered around Northeast 148th Avenue.
