Portland is on the verge of an exciting opportunity to transform Northeast Portland’s Lloyd Center site into a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood with up to 5,000 new homes, including affordable housing, in one of the most transit-rich locations in Oregon. Today, Portland City Council will consider appeals from opponents that could delay or derail the Lloyd Center redevelopment.
