President Donald Trump has asserted that the only limit to his power is his own morality, clearly indicating that he has elevated himself to emperor status. Look at all the damage his administration has inflicted upon the American people and the world: weaponizing research funding to universities, scaring citizens of color from spending time outside lest they be confronted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, undoing the gains made against climate change, having quacks run the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Defense and the FBI. How and when will this nightmare end?
