Description

The short session of the Oregon Legislature is not the place to consider a major overhaul of farmland conservation to allow more non-farm uses. Nevertheless, HB 4153 is being promoted by the Oregon Property Owners Association. They are calling it the Farm Store Bill, even though it should actually be called the Non-Farm Store bill.
