On April 4, a 20-year-old woman, Mila Payne, was arrested after an anti-ICE protest marched to Portland Mayor Keith Wilson’s home. Police say she threw a glass vase onto a porch, breaking it. No one was injured, but the message was clear: if activists dislike your decisions, your home may become the target.
