It looks like we will have to rename César Chavéz Boulevard (“Portland leaders explore renaming César E. Chavéz Boulevard after explosive sex abuse allegations,” March 19). I think we should rename it “39th Avenue.” To my knowledge, the numeral 39 has not wronged anyone.
