It appears that the bureaucrats and hangers-on attempting to decide whether the I-5 replacement bridge can be built cannot decide whether the bridge should be built to accommodate ocean-going ship traffic, (“U.S. Coast Guard seeks public comment on new Interstate 5 bridge – but not from everyone,” Dec. 20).
