Description
Oregon doesn’t have a transportation funding problem. Rather, it has a public finance problem. Budgets for all aspects of public service and capital investment are falling short. To date, our leaders have asked us to address these things one at a time: transportation this month, parks during the last election, schools and public safety in the future. But this piecemeal strategy makes things more expensive without making them better.
