Description

The patio at Southeast Division Street's Landmark Saloon was quietly open on Friday, June 19, the first night Portland restaurants and bars were allowed to open under Oregon's Phase 1 reopening.

When it came to Portland bar closures last month, the big headlines went to Expatriate, the beloved cocktail bar from Kyle Linden Webster and the late Naomi Pomeroy that shuttered in early February.
