Runners take to Portland streets early Sunday for the annual Shamrock Run. Oregonian file photo.

Green-clad, and possibly damp, runners will queue up early Sunday, March 15, for the annual Shamrock Run, closing some Portland streets and putting runners on the road in a few southwest neighborhoods for the better part of the morning.
