Salt & Straw started with an ice cream cart in Northeast Portland 15 years ago. It now has 59 locations — and $100 million in annual sales.

Artisan ice cream chain Salt & Straw is on the market and a report from from Reuters suggests the Portland company could be worth more than $200 million.
