Description

EpiPens and other needle-based epinephrine injections have been the only option in Oregon schools, but a bill awaiting Gov. Tina Kotek’s signature would allow nasal spray and other methods to treat allergic reactions.

While legislators are supposed to represent their constituents, it’s not often that a letter from an Oregon teen leads to a law.
