A scuba diving instructor in Argentina has been charged in connection with the death of a 23-year-old tourist who disappeared during an advanced diving lesson earlier this year, according to the New York Post. Prosecutors allege the instructor failed to follow required safety procedures during the dive that ended with the woman’s death.
