Description

The 104 pounds of methamphetamine packaged in 56 separate Tupperware containers were seized after federal agents stopped a rental car on its way back to Portland from California. The car was stopped in Grants Pass, prosecutors said.

The second-in-command of Portland’s 18th Street gang was sentenced Tuesday to 12 years in prison for running the gang’s drug trafficking operation and possessing guns.
