Description

A laser was aimed at the crew of a U.S. Customs and Border Protection helicopter near the Hillsboro Airport on Oct. 10, aborting its landing, according to a federal affidavit.

A second man is accused of shining a laser at a cockpit crew of a U.S. Customs and Border Protection helicopter that has circled Portland neighborhoods near immigration protests.
