Developers created the Splashin app for students to organize tournament-style

Lying in wait outside another student’s house, Anas Ali was equipped with a water gun to soak his target: a fellow Ida B. Wells High School senior participating in an annual game called “senior assassin,” where students track down and spray classmates in the hopes of winning a cash purse.
