PUBLIC NOTICE:
The Southern Coos Health District will hold its regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at the Bandon Professional Center 2nd Floor Conference Room, 1010 1st St SE, Bandon, OR 97411, to hear staff reports for the month of February, review additional edits to District Bylaws, and complete the CEO Evaluation begun in February.

There will be an Executive Session Under 192.660(2)(c) to consider matters pertaining to the function of the medical staff of a public hospital licensed pursuant to ORS 441.015 Licensing of facilities and health maintenance organizations and under ORS 192.660(2)(i) and 192.660(8) to review and evaluate the performance of an officer, employee or staff member if the person does not request an open hearing. This statute may not be used to do a general evaluation of an agency goal, objective or operation or any directive to personnel concerning these subjects. No decisions will be made in Executive Session.

This regular meeting is open to the public at 6:00 p.m. The Executive Session has been moved to the end of the agenda. The recorded open session will be available to view within 72-hours via the Southern Coos Hospital YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/@southerncooshospitalhealth7797 .
