Description

"Star of Hope is proud to announce it has
received a generous $65,000 grant from the Judith Ann
Mogan Foundation in support of its new building project on
8th Street in Coos Bay. This funding will help establish a new
Day Support Activities (DSA) program and expand the
organization’s capacity to serve individuals with intellectual
and developmental disabilities (IDD) across the South Coast.
The new facility, currently under construction, will provide
much-needed space for program growth, staff collaboration,
and community engagement. The addition of a dedicated
DSA program will offer meaningful, person-centered activities
that promote independence, skill-building, and social
connection for adults with IDD."
