Brazilian black soapstone was used for counters in one of the four bathrooms. A room has a Murphy bed for overnight guests. An estate at 919 Westpoint Road in Lake Oswego is for sale. On the waterfront is a pool and hot tub with automatic covers. A large balcony has a built-in gas barbecue and an outdoor fireplace. The new dock has a boat lift and room for mooring guest's boats. Outdoor seating areas overlook boxwood hedges, brick pathways and the lake.

A waterfront estate in Lake Oswego is a short boat ride to the city’s entertainment offerings, according to brothers John and Quinn Nieland, who listed the 0.26-acre property at $6,189,000.
