More than 16,000 office chairs sold nationwide on Amazon are being recalled after nearly a dozen reports of their backrests falling off while in use.

A nationwide recall has been issued for about 16,000 ergonomic office chairs sold on Amazon, Office Depot and other major retailers following reports of the backrests breaking or detaching during use.
