Description
A Marshalls store in Springfield was evacuated on Saturday after someone made a bomb threat, police said.
An unknown person called the store shortly after 1 p.m. and told an employee that a bomb “had been placed inside of the store” at The Shoppes at Gateway mall, the Springfield Police Department said in a statement. The store was evacuated, and Springfield police searched the store with the University of Oregon Police Department’s explosives-detection K-9 team.
