Description
The suspect in the killing of a Portland Plaid Pantry employee turned himself in Monday night, hours after police released surveillance images of him and told the public he should be considered dangerous, officials said.
Police have not publicly identified the suspect. They previously described him as a man in his 20s to 30s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 170 pounds.
