Southwestern Oregon’s basketball teams open NWAC play with home court wins Saturday. The Laker women (1-0, 6-6) won 89-46 and will play at Lane (Eugene), Wednesday, Jan. 7, 7:30p. SWOCC men also turned the tide on Mt. Hood with a 90-76 win. Southwestern (1-0, 13-1) plays at Lane, Wednesday, Jan. 7, 5:30p.
