Description
A 13-year-old girl plotted with three other people to steal her family’s car on Sunday, then led police on a chase from Gresham into Portland, Gresham officials said.
A relative called police to say that the car had been stolen from a Gresham trampoline park with the 13-year-old inside, Gresham police said. The relative, apparently unaware that the girl was involved in the plan, thought the child had been kidnapped, police said.
