Description
A federal judge on Tuesday extended for another two weeks his temporary order prohibiting federal officers at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Portland from directing tear gas, pepper balls, rubber bullets or other munitions at people unless they pose a direct and immediate threat.
