Rooted in a love of fashion, an appreciation of art and a passion for the planet, the Rubbish Renewed Eco Fashion Show is an annual fundraising event for Realms Schools (Realms Middle School and Realms High School; two public schools in Bend-LaPine Schools). Started in 2010, by two teachers, this fundraiser features an eclectic, wearable art runway show (with both student and adult designers) and approximately 50 local designers and businesses, a live auction of runway garments, a pop up “marketplace”, featuring sustainable, creative products from local artists, local food (food trucks - The Pizza Cart, Big Foot BBQ, and The Bob - providing a variety of dinner choices) and a full service beverage service by Slow Ride Mobile Bar with beverages from: Willamette Valley Vineyards, Boneyard Beer, AVID Cider, Crater Lake Spirits, and Humm Kombucha…
