WASHINGTON — Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said investigators are facing a major challenge in tracking a nationwide cyclosporiasis outbreak because the illness can take about two weeks to appear after someone is exposed, making it harder to identify the food source responsible, USA TODAY reported.
