Seal bids for three small islands in the Umpqua River were due June 3 by auction company Realty Marketing/Northwest.

The new owner of three islands in the Lower Umpqua River offered more than double the $24,500 minimum bid at a sealed bid auction June 3, according to Realty Marketing/Northwest auction company.
