President Donald Trump holds his first Cabinet meeting at the White House on Feb. 26. Before the meeting, he promised he would not cut Medicaid, Social Security or Medicare: “I have said it so many times you shouldn’t be asking me those questions,” he told reporters. (Pool via AP)
