Oregon Senate President Rob Wagner, Democrat of Portland, is leading the charge in Salem to establish funding for Moda Center upgrades.

Following an impassioned floor speech from Senate President Rob Wagner, the Oregon Senate passed a bill Wednesday designed to help modernize the Moda Center and, with it, prevent a perceived doomsday scenario in which the Trail Blazers leave Portland.
