TriMet will roll back some bus service as of March 1 as the agency continues to fight a budget deficit. Among those changes: Line 75 César Chávez/Lombard will arrive less frequently after 6 p.m. on weekdays.

TriMet is rolling back service on its Line 24 bus route near Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Northeast Portland starting Sunday and reducing the frequency of four additional bus routes in Portland and surrounding suburbs.

The driver of the vehicle, Isaac Veloz (45), had multiple active warrants for his arrest. Veloz was arrested on his outstanding warrants and transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was additionally cited for Driving While Suspended (Violation), Driving Without Insurance, and Failure to Register a Vehicle. “Police action is not indicative of guilt.
