Description

Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek greeted the remaining 100 Oregon National Guard members who returned to state control in early January after being demobilized from federal control at Fort Bliss in Texas.

The Trump administration is dropping its appeal of an Oregon federal judge’s injunction blocking the deployment of National Guard troops to Portland.
