La Asociación de Enfermeras de Oregón ha acusado a los ejecutivos del Centro Médico Legacy Emanuel de Portland de no proteger la privacidad, la seguridad y los derechos médicos de los pacientes bajo custodia de inmigración federal. Sin embargo, los directivos de Legacy afirman que las acusaciones del sindicato son inexactas y que el hospital cumple todas las leyes que rigen la atención y la privacidad de los pacientes.
