Abbey Road Farms chef Will Preisch is returning to Portland with a new Southeast Portland restaurant, 82 Acres, featuring produce from the Carlton farm.

On Nov. 19, the Portland restaurant Quaintrelle announced that former Holdfast Dining chef Will Preisch would “take over” the Southeast Clinton Street kitchen with a “chic, cozy-neighborhood” pop-up with “casually elegant fare.”
