On Thursday at 1:35 p.m. an updated dense fog advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 2 p.m. for Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon.
The weather service adds, "Poor air quality will continue. This is due to an inversion and stagnant air conditions near the surface that will continue to trap pollutants."
