Description

On Monday at 7:56 p.m. an updated wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid for Wednesday between 4 a.m. and 10 a.m. for Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.

The weather service states, "Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected."
