Description
A winter weather advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 10:44 a.m. valid for Thursday between 4 a.m. and 10 a.m. for Upper Hood River Valley.
"Total snow accumulations up to two inches," can be expected according to the weather service. "Snowfall amounts most likely between a trace to 2 inches before temperatures warm and precipitation transitions to all rain later Thursday morning."
