Description
The man who was shot to death outside the Cinco De Mayo Fiesta at Tom McCall Waterfront Park on Tuesday night has been identified as 25-year-old Malachi Bussey, of Portland.
Gunfire erupted near the entrance to the festival at Southwest Naito Parkway and Harvey Milk Street at about 10:36 p.m., police said in a statement. Officers arrived to find Bussey and another person had been shot.
