The National Weather Service issued a special weather statement at 10:08 a.m. on Friday until 2 p.m. for Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

“Patchy, dense fog will linger along I-84 near Cabbage Hill, with surface observations at a quarter mile or less,” says the weather service.
