A special weather statement was released by the National Weather Service on Monday at 8:35 a.m. until 11 a.m. for Central Oregon.
"Areas of dense fog have developed in and around Bend this morning. Fog is expected to persist through the mid-morning hours, dissipating by late morning to early afternoon," explains the weather service.
