Kinley Buse and West Linn will face Nelson in a 6A girls basketball state quarterfinal at the University of Portland's Chiles Center.

The second-seeded West Linn Lions (23-3) face the 10th-seeded Nelson Hawks (21-6) in an Oregon (OSAA) high school girls basketball 6A state tournament quarterfinal Thursday at 8:15 p.m. at the University of Portland’s Chiles Center.

Gederos (46), was found to be intoxicated and ultimately arrested on the charge of DUII. Mr. Gederos vehicle was towed by Mast Brothers Towing. Mr. Gederos was transported to the Coos Bay Police Department for testing and later released on citation, with a court date to appear. “Police action is not indicative of guilt.
